Hola (Hi), my name is Jack and I am a journalism student at Stony Brook University. My legal name is “Yongjian”, however, people have trouble pronouncing it right (most people pronounce it as “Wrong Jen”). I chose Jack as my preferred name since it sounds similar to my legal name.

I am studying both journalism and marketing at Stony Brook University. I think I could learn a lot of photography, videography, and writing skills from the journalism school which could help me a lot with advertising, which I would really like to do.

I like writing and and photography since I was young. I started my first personal website (Blog) my freshman year in college. It is a great experience to keep all your work in one place and share your stories with other people. Please feel free to visit my site and leave me a feedback!
